I am a devoted mum to 3 young adult kids, wife and a dog lover. My journey into holistic wellness began after my own cancer experience in 2009. That life changing chapter with emotional, physical and mental state, inspired me to go deeper into research into natural remedies and holistic healing, leading me to build a practice rooted in care, connection, and genuine support for women’s wellbeing.
After years of research, workshops, and practical hands-on experience, I now offer a nurturing blend of Hawaiian Hot Stone massage, Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage, Reiki, Sound therapy, Aromatouch therapy and working with crystal energy, to help alongside heart ‘led workshops that bring women tighter in healing and empowerment.
